工作职责：
负责项目的需求调研、数据分析、商业分析和数据挖掘模型等，通过对市场数据分析洞察市场动态，提供市场推广优化建议；
Responsible for project research, data analysis, commercial analysis, data mining model building , etc. Provide optimization suggestions on market promotion based on market data analysis.
编写商业数据分析报告，解读第三方市场报告，及时发现和分析其中隐含的变化和问题，为业务发展提供决策支持
Write report on commercial data analysis, interpret third-party report, discover and analysis underling changes and problems promptly, provide support on decisions on business development.
持续跟踪及引入前沿市场推广技术，；
Constant following cutting edge technology on market promotions
跟踪移动互联网开源大数据框架、新算法框架的技术选型及平台化预研及架构；
Follow mobile internet open source big data frame, new algorithm frame and research on platform
负责业务挖掘、算法应用的平台支持；
Responsible for providing platform support on business development and algorithm application
工作要求：
拥有大数据系统开发，设计，架构经验；
experience in Big Data system/framework development and design
了解商业智能系统，熟悉数据仓库，熟悉数据集市；
Good understanding of business intelligence system, data warehouse and data mart
熟悉大数据相关技术：Hadoop, Hive, HBase, ZooKeeper, Spark, Cassandra, MapReduce；并阅读过相关源码；
Knowledge of Hadoop, Hive, HBase, ZooKeeper, Spark, Cassandra, MapReduce and their relevant source code
管理过数据量上T级别，节点数300以上的大数据集群，开发，优化并管理过上T级别的大数据作业优先；
Managed big data of size over 1T, cluster with number of nodes over 300. Developed and optimized big data project with size over 1T
熟悉机器学习框架或工具（Spark MLLib，tensorflow， caffe等），了解源码并能应用项目；
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks/tools (Spark MLLib，tensorflow，caffe, etc.) and relevant source code.
具备大数据云平台、计算存储平台、可视化开发平台经验，具备中大型成功项目经验优先；具备大规模分布式计算平台的使用和并行算法的开发经验，对大数据处理及应用有浓厚兴趣；
Experience on big data cloud platform, computation storage platform, visualization development platform, successful experience on relevant median/big size project is a plus. Experience with development of massive distributed platform and parallel algorithm, interests in big data management and application
具备较强的团队管理能力和沟通能力，思维活跃，前瞻学习能力强；
Excellent skills in team management and commutation. Active mindset with strong ability to learn
了解软件项目管理、敏捷管理方法论，在中大型项目中有所实践。
Knowledge on software project management and Scrum-Agile method with application in median/large projects.
